A modernized 1880 farm house, the cottage is surrounded by a
beautiful garden, 150 year old trees and vineyards.
It is pleasant, spacious, warm, confortable and luminous.
The cottage offers both a very relaxing atmosphere and a" holiday feel."

Forum Antiques Cottage offers peace, comfort and tranquility.
It is located only 3 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk from the heart of the
Heritage district of Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Shaw Theatre.

The cottage has a large dining room, salon and entertainment room on the ground floor and
4 upstairs bedrooms ~ 2 Queen & 2 Double-sized Beds. (2 extra cots available)

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, a separate bath room,
2 TV's, cable, laundry room and a pleasant outside deck with a BBQ.

Housekeeping available upon request.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed but please notify in advance.

From all points in Ontario and Quebec:
· Find your way to the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) heading towards Hamilton and the Niagara area.
· Take exit 38B towards Regional Road #55 (Niagara Stone Road).
· Merge onto Glendale Ave. (RR #89)
· Turn LEFT onto YORK RD (RR #81).
· Turn RIGHT onto AIRPORT RD (RR #90).
· Turn RIGHT onto NIAGARA STONE RD (RR #55).
· About 2/3 of a kilometre after the third traffic light, is NIVEN ROAD.
Turn LEFT onto NIVEN ROAD and follow down to 130 NIVEN ROAD.

From the United Sates:
· Find your way to I-190 North heading towards Niagara Falls, NY.
· Continue on I-190 (265) to the US/Canada border crossing at the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge.
· After passing through Canada Customs/Immigration road merges onto Hwy #405.
· Take exit 38 towards Regional Road #55 (Niagara Stone Road).
· Merge onto Glendale Ave. (RR #89)
· Turn LEFT onto YORK RD (RR #81).
· Turn RIGHT onto AIRPORT RD (RR #90).
· Turn RIGHT onto NIAGARA STONE RD (RR #55).
